IE is currently supporting one of the UK’s largest FM companies in delivery energy efficiency programmes through the RE:FIT initiative within London.

IE is undertaking the initial surveys with a high degree of detail in order to develop robust investment grade level programmes at an early stage. This provides the FM supplier with reduce delivery risk and the end client with higher quality proposals from the outset.

IE is predominantly working in the education and local authority sectors in undertaking this work which is primarily back through SALIX financing. Matt’s extensive knowledge of the operation of schools through his role as Chair of Governors at a local primary school and his enhanced CRB (DBS) clearance has all helped to quickly develop the right solutions on multiple sites.
