IE was responsible for establishing  a full energy management service for a national energy broker including the setting up of a bespoke metering and reporting service, energy auditing and ESOS service lines.

Introduction
Matt had worked with the energy broker on a number of projects in the past and they rapidly engaged with IE when it was first established as they were in need of developing energy management as part of their business.

What we did
IE worked to provide a white labelled service aligned to LSI’s service proposition and clients. This involved developing service propositions and propositions which the broker could sell to its clients and developing a bespoke automated energy reporting process for its top clients to improve the added value of its service and highlight the need for energy management.

With this energy broker IE provided ESOS services to its clients with a total value of £200k adding a significant additional income stream to the business.

IE can work within allied businesses to develop their own in house energy management services without them having to make considerable investment risk.
